In order to meet our clients’ (companies) requirements in European countries we will follow a strict selection process. We believe in quality not quantity hence we have followed a rigorous process in our selection methods.
Skilled Workers Selection Process By SCANS International (Recruitment Process)
- As the world is developing rapidly, industries in all the sectors are also increasing in the same pace. To fulfill the human needs, production and services are also increasing too.
- Human resource plays a vital role in order to cope up with the pace of developments. Here comes the role of SCANS International to ease employers with the recruitment and supplies of skilled, semi-skilled and non skilled workers not only locally but also globally.
- We understand the challenges so in order to get the right candidates for the right jobs, we have forced ourselves to always have a rigorous recruitment process which ensures that our customers/clients would be quite satisfied with our professional services.
#Step 1
Requirements (demand) from client
- At the first we get the primary work requirement from our respected client (company) and pass these requirements to our special recruiting team (selection board) to check the availability (skills) of workers.
- Once we get the confirmation from our team (selection board) we then inform our client to begin the recruitment process.
#Step 2
Job advertisement in mass media and Local agents
- SCANS INTERNATIONAL have its own CV data base system, where there are hundreds of CVs are stored digitally. We then retrieve candidates from our database and shortlist the best candidates for the interview.
- Moreover, we also advertise the requirements to the mass media such as Newspaper and through SMS. Additionally, we have our own agents who resides almost every corner of South East Asia..
- We also have a strong bond with many Vocational training institutes (Bangladesh-Japan Training Center, Bangladesh-German Training Center, Bangladesh-Korea Training Center and others) where candidates of all kinds come in one roof to learn and master themselves in many professions. By combining all the process we shortlist the best candidates for our client interview.

CV And Passport Collection
- After shortlisting candidates, we then collect all the documents for instance CV, Passport copies, photographs, job experience certificates, Educational Certificates and training certificate etc. and file them along with the CVs.
CV screening process:
- Our screening team then go through all the collected documents and rejects the one which are not appropriate for our clients.

Initial Interview & CV sorting
- Primary interview call: Our team members then contact the shortlisted candidates and interview them over the phone to get an idea about his knowledge and interest about the role that they have applied.
- Select for final interview or reject: After talking with them, we then finalize their selected candidates and prepare them for our client interview.
- Final interview date finalization In this stage we then contact our client and inform them about the candidates pool and ask their availability in order to finalize the interview date.
Final Interview By Clients/ Company
- We give our respected clients 3 options to conduct the final interview such as Face to Face to interview, online interview using different kinds of social media and interview that conducted by our respected trainers and experts. After further shortlisting, we arrange client interviews, which can be done in several ways:
- From the initial interviews, we prefer to take in-person videos and create video links or we can also provide LIVE practical interview. Clients can choose to do an online interview, use a video link, or we can arrange in-person direct client interviews with the candidates.
- For technical interviews, we have an assessment center where clients can come and host day-long assessments where technical tools are available for participation and see how well jobs can be done in a practical environment.

Background check of all the short listed candidates
- We have a preliminary interview process ā a testing platform via a computer application, where they are made to go through personality-based psychometric tests, aptitude based specific questions and industry-specific competency tests.
- With all our shortlisted candidates, we do background verification checks where we:
- Talk to previous employers
- Talk to existing employers
- Talk to community leaders
- Acquire Police verification
- Acquire a financial fraud history
- Once we have vetted and checked the candidates, a checklist of documents are uploaded to our portal and made into an employee file.Ā

Results Of The Final Interview
- Selection or rejection: Once the final interview is done, we then provide our client our selection and rejection list and ask for their final opinion to go to the next level. Then we provide the employment contract and share with the candidates and have them singed.

Medical & Visa Process
- Medical check up: We send our candidates for their Health checkup as per the country specific medical centers that are authorized by the Embassy. For Middle East we always prefer approved medical centers.
- Visa Processing: After collecting all the documents from the candidates, we then start to process candidates visa as per the requirement of the embassy.

Govt. Training & Immigration Clearance
- Govt. training & Additional training by SCANS : After receiving the visa, candidates then sent to the Govt. Technical institutes that are situated at every corner of Asia. Candidates then enrolled to 3 days Govt. training to their nearest training point. We also then send them for an additional training followed by a job test to find out their competencies.
- Immigration clearance: Upon finishing the training part, we then submit candidates file to Manpower Ministry of Manpower to obtain an immigration Clearance Card from the Government. They also provide their Biometrics fingerprint in order to get the clearance from official authority.
- Arrange Government Bank loans: If any worker face any financial problem we can help them to sanction a bank loan from Government bank. So that workers will have a liability to re pay their debt and hence they will work sincerely.

#Step 9
Undertaking & Flight Schedule
- Undertaking from them and their parents: Candidates are asked to come to our office along with their parents and member of SCANS read out the employment contract and the durations of contracts and other terms and condition keeping witness to their parents we then take signature of the candidate and their parents to an undertaking created by us so that they will be 100% committed with us that they will work their best and complete their contract requirement and duration.
- Govt. will take 1000 Euro as a guarantee money- Security money if they break the contract conditions or local rules and rgualtion they will utilise this money in order to bring them back from employers location to the country of origin.
- Flight schedule: In this stage we inform the arrival schedule of our candidates to the company and confirm their tickets and notify the respected client with their exact arrival date and time.
#Step 10
Orientation & Deployment notice
- On board training/ pre-departure orientation meeting
- We then finally give our candidates a general briefing about the work, company, country culture, arrival information and handover their ticket and passport.
- Deployment notice
- Candidates are being taken to the Airport by SCANS INTERNATIONAL and then send them inside the Airport and after taking off the flight we then inform our clients through email about the confirm departure of our candidates.
